Here we can dive a little deeper to discover new ways and techniques to help you find some more happiness and love in your life. I beleive that we are all built with an internal compass, which makes us uniquely different, I want to help you access that compass. This session will be a combination if talk therapy and practices to do a afterwards like recommend books, meditations, practices and more to help you on your journey. I believe mental health is something we shouldn't attempt on our own and the more help we can get the better :) I am here for you!
